Lab testing equipment

With our wide range of lab testing equipment we provide solutions for the early stages in the development processes as well as for quality control in commercial manufacturing. Being able to transfer the test method from R&D to production reduces risks and saves time.

CCI lab tester for blister

W07 FVTB

The W07 FVTB is a semi-automated testing platform designed for CCI testing of blister with force decay technology in a manufacturing environment. Samples are loaded and unloaded manually. The W07 can be equipped with different test chambers which are identified by RFID sensors.

Sensitive

Continuous developments have constantly improved the test sensitivity and robustness.

Intuitive

The MAVIS operation system for intuitive machine operation and a high level of operator friendliness.

Simple format change

Toolless format change with RFID identification of test chambers to prevent mix-up.

Robust

The mechanical design and test system is designed for use in GMP production environments.

Safe leak detection

The design of the test chamber ensures, that the sealing foil is not affected by this test method.
One test chamber has force sensors integrated, the number and position according to the blister format. This means, that each cavity is controlled by one force sensor.

Test chamber identification by RFID

Each set of test chamber – upper and lower part - is clearly identified with its RFID sensors. A mix-up between the test chambers is detected by the system. All relevant data of the test chambers are stored on the RFID.

Supported operator guidance

The WILCO user interface MAVIS supports the user during operation. Similar to a smartphone, the user can use widgets to display personalized content on the color display. The operator is guided step-by-step through the menu for both inspection and format change. The operator guidance ensures consistent and user-independent testing. Thanks to RFID recognition, only the recipes that match the test chamber used are displayed on the HMI. This makes an incorrect combination impossible.

High process reliability

Different test chambers are available for the different applications, which verify the settings previously defined by means of the position monitoring system. The system has two modes: a development mode for the definition of recipes and less critical measurements, and a mode for measurements in the GMP area for the highest safety requirements.
