Are you about to finish school and ready for the next step? We offer you different training opportunities and a varied start into your professional future.
«Our machines are very complex and each one has its own challenges. We enjoy a lot of freedom for independent work and a good working atmosphere. WILCO is very open and encourages people to move to other departments. This is a win-win situation for both sides. Our flexible working hours are another advantage.»
